My name is Dr. Michael Romiza, Physical Therapist, and I am the founder of Won Life Physical Therapy and Wellness.
I graduated top of my class in 2018 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA. To pursue further clinical excellence, I became a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS) in 2021. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I have pursued extensive continuing education opportunities including blood flow restriction training and am certified through the Titleist Performance Institute. I have a strong background in manual physical therapy, as well as, exercise science, and will utilize these skills to formulate a unique treatment plan specifically for you and your goals.
I was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula and am excited to continue to serve this community. Growing up on the Monterey Peninsula, I was a very active child playing many sports, especially basketball and baseball. I am an avid sports fan and continue to enjoy running, golfing, playing basketball, and going on hikes with my wife and dog.
